Booking Fee & Cancellation Policy: Due to the Governments New Laws and Requirements on Fully Vaccinated Staff and clients, I can not preform any treatments on any Clients that are not fully vaccinated or provide proof of vaccination at time of appointments. To avoid no show and cancelations and non vaccinated clients a 20% non refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking for all appointments to secure your appointment, at the time of appointment upon provided proof of vaccination the deposit will be removed from the cost of treatment, Failure to provide proof of vaccination on arrival to the salon for your appointment will void your appointment time and the deposit will be retained to cover booking costs. All no-show Clients will be required to pay 100% non refundable deposit of future appointments in full at time of booking. All packages and specials appointments will need to be paid in full at time of booking to secure. All appointments require a 24hour notice of cancelation or reschedule via phone call Failure to do so will result in Cancellation policy been bought into effect, failure of payment will result in the client not been able to book future appointments until accounts are paid in full and up to date. Pre Paid packages will forfeit one session of your prepaid sessions if late or less than 24hours notice is given. Courtesy appointment messages are sent 24 hours prior to your appointment, we reserve the right to enforce our cancellation booking policy, should you forget your appointment.

Vouchers: Vouchers expire 12months after date of purchase/ non refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and not redeemable on other offers and specials in salon/  Pamper Plus can not re replaced if lost or stolen Vouchers, Pamper plus is not responsible for any lost or stolen vouchers, vouchers must be used by one person in one visit.

 

Nail Polish & Enhancement Guarantee: Pamper Plus and its staff are not responsible for fading, peeling, lifting, chipping of nail polish and gel nail polish. All nail enhancements including nail dipping, depending may last 2 weeks depending on several factors specific to the client including: The Clients lifestyle, client health, nail condition, and following of maintenance instructions. Pamper Plus is not responsible of peeling, chipping, fading on enhancements etc. after 2 weeks. As soon as you have finished your appointment and left the salon, it is your responsibility to care for your nails and you have accepted and are happy with the treatment and service provided to your nails.

Remember Nails are not tools and should be treated like Jewels.

In the event that a nail in damaged or chipped within 4 days of service whether its overlay or Gel Polish or enhancements, please send a photo and description and a free touch up will be organized for the damaged/effected nail within 3 days. Outside of this Period there will be a small fee Please contact salon for the pricing.

Eyelash Enhancements: Pamper Plus and its Staff are not responsible for Lash loss, Lash damage, Retention of False Lashes, it is the clients responsibility to adhere to aftercare instructions to maintain the effect and quality of the lashes, failure to adhere to the aftercare instructions can lead to damage and shortened quality and effect.
